Why do we use cork?

Cork comes from the bark of the cork oak which is mainly grown in Spain and Portugal. The bark is constantly re-growing making this material both durable and environmentally friendly.

Because cork contains air, it is lighter than water and a powerful heat insulator. Cork is also strong and elastic, perfect for making shoes.

Delivery

The Netherlands

  • Delivery within the Netherlands is FREE and sent via Post NL.
  • Orders before 3 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
  • Delivery will take 1 working day.
  • We also deliver on Saturdays.

 

The EU

  • Delivery to Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg is FREE.
  • For other nations, delivery is free over €300 (normally €20)
  • Orders before 3 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
  • Delivery will take up to 5 working days.

 

Rest of the world (including U.K.)

  • Orders over €300 are FREE. All other orders have a €20 shipping charge.
  • Orders before 3 pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day.
  • The package will take from 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Returns

If you want other Mascoloris or have you changed your mind, you can of-course send them back. Make sure they are not worn and that we receive them within 1 month.

The gorgeous materials of this shoe of course need proper maintenance. That is why we always advise to protect the shoes with Repel spray by Jason Markk. This will ensure that the shoes are protected from water and other dirt. We advise that you repeat this procedure every month, but this, of course, also depends on how often you wear them.
