Are the shoes too small or too big?

They are not big or small. Just normal. You can order the size you are used to wear.

What are the shoes made from?

The shoes all have a leather base and leather or rubber sole. The material used for the finishing of the shoes varies by model and can be found in the description of each model.

Can I exchange the shoes?

If you choose the wrong size or do not like your purchase you can return the shoes within four weeks of receiving them. Send them back to the address on the shipping label (Mascolori, Nieuwe Binnenweg 116, 3015 BE Rotterdam). Please include a cover letter with the shipment. On this please state your name, address, reason for return and what action you need from us (new size or refund). When we get the shoes at our office we will send a new pair or refund the purchase within 7 days to your account.

What if the shoes are damaged?

If you receive damaged shoes or are not satisfied with the quality please contact us by email. Send us pictures of the shoe and a description of your complaint. We will respond within one working day in order to find a solution. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will do whatever is possible to make you happy.

What is the delivery time of the shoes?

Most models in sizes 39-45 will be in stock. If the product ordered is in stock you will receive it in approximately 10 business days.

Can I bring the shoes in?

Of course! You can come bring them in to the store any time, check out opening times and we will be happy to help you.The address is Nieuwe Binnenweg 116, 3015 BE Rotterdam which is two minutes by car from the exit A20-Rotterdam-Centrum or a ten minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station. If you are coming by car there is parking nearby.
