2. Orders & Conclusion of Contracl

By setting the products in the online store, Mascolori provides a binding offer to conclude the contract on this article. The contract is concluded by ordering the items within the buyer’s basket, this action accepts all terms and conditions. Immediately after submitting order the buyer will receive a confirmation email. Upon the receipt of an order in our online shop, the following rules apply: The customer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing their transaction.

The order of this process is as follows:

  • Select desired goods
  • Confirm by clicking the “Order” button
  • Examination of the
  • Pressing the “Checkout” button
  • Registration in the internet shop by registering and entering personal information (e-mail address and password)
  • Repeated examination and correction of input data
  • Sending in the order

3. Payment & Shipping

In the Mascolori online ship you can pay with Credit Card or PayPal. The prices listed include legal VAT and other price components such as shipping and handling.

4. Delivery, Transport & Shipping Damage

Mascolori only provides the transport of the product to the given address. A collection of goods is not possible. Within one day Mascolori will receive the order and send a confirmation email to the buyer, which includes an update on the status of the product and the exact delivery date. If the product ordered is in stock the buyer will receive it in approximately 7-10 business days. Due to international shipping, there are time delays that may occur that are beyond Mascolori’s control. If goods are delivered with obvious shipping damage, please contact Mascolori immediately. A failure to report the complaint or contact us has no consequences regarding your legal right and warranty rights. However these reports help us to make our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

5. Returned Items

If the product does not fit or does not meet needs the buyer can exchange or return the product within 30 days. After receiving the goods, in unused and undamaged condition, the buyer will receive the refund within 7 days. If an exchange is in order Mascolori will send the new pair within 7 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain Mascolori property until full payment. At the point of money transfer the ownership liability of the product is transferred to the buyer.
